Item 1: Appointment of Hong Kim and removal of David Lawant from the Bitwise Crypto Index Committee

Description: The Bitwise Crypto Index Committee met to discuss the appointment of Bitwise CTO Hong Kim to the Bitwise Crypto Index Committee. Mr. Kim will replace David Lawant as a member of the Committee.

Vote: The Committee voted 2-0 to appoint Mr. Kim.  The Committee determined that the appointment would be made effective on November 21, 2022.
