Item 1: Removal of Bakkt as an Eligible Custodian

Description: The Committee met virtually to discuss the removal of Bakkt as an eligible custodian under clause III.B.i.e of the Bitwise Crypto Asset Index Methodology.

Eligible custodians are third-party custodians that are regulated as a federally chartered bank or as a state trust company, and that meet additional security practices, insurance requirements and business practice requirements as determined by the Bitwise Crypto Index Committee.

Clause III.B.i.e allows for the removal of a custodian “at the discretion of the Bitwise Crypto Index Committee.”

Vote: The Committee voted 3-0 to approve this change.
