2: Vote on Proposed Rule Change for the Bitwise Crypto Asset Index Methodology

The Index Committee met at the request of Chair Matt Hougan to consider a change to rule VI.C.i of the Bitwise Crypto Asset Index Methodology, which governs the reconstitution timing and frequency of the Bitwise Crypto Indexes.

The proposed rule change would change the “record date” of the indexes from the “third-to-last Business Day of the month” to “one week prior to the rebalance date.”

The Committee voted 3-0 in favor of the change. The change will be effective across all Bitwise Crypto Asset Indexes beginning in April 2023.

3: Vote on Proposed Rule Change for the Bitwise Blue-Chip NFT Collections Index Methodology

The Index Committee met at the request of Chair Matt Hougan to consider a change to rule V.B.i of the Bitwise Blue-Chip NFT Collections Index Methodology, which governs the reconstitution timing and frequency of the index.

The proposed rule change would change the “record date” of the index from the “third-to-last Business Day of the month” to “one week prior to the rebalance date.”

The Committee voted 3-0 in favor of the change. The change will be effective beginning in April 2023.
